By accessing or using the website located at morenovalleysunroomcontractor.com (the "Site"), or by entering into a service agreement with Moreno Valley Sunrooms & Patios ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or engage our services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, leads, and customers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Moreno Valley Sunrooms & Patios provides residential sunroom construction, patio enclosures, screen room installation, solarium installation, and related outdoor living space services in Moreno Valley, CA and surrounding Inland Empire communities. Services are provided to homeowners and property owners only.
All services are subject to a written proposal or contract signed by both parties. The scope of work, materials, timeline, and price are defined in that written agreement. No verbal representations modify the written agreement.
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not a binding commitment. All estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit. Prices in a written estimate are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing is confirmed in the signed project contract. Price changes may occur if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen site conditions require additional materials or labor, or if the customer requests changes after work has begun. Any such changes will be communicated in writing before additional work proceeds.
Project start dates are estimates based on our current workload and permit timelines. We will communicate any delays as promptly as possible. Permit review by local authorities is outside our control and may affect the scheduled start date.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling (951) 518-9916 or emailing quotes@morenovalleysunroomcontractor.com.
Project cancellation after a contract is signed may result in charges for work already performed, materials ordered, and permit fees paid. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in the signed project contract.
Payment schedules are defined in the signed project contract and typically include a deposit at signing, one or more progress payments during construction, and a final payment upon completion. All payments are due on the dates specified in the contract.
Late payments may be subject to interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project where payment is more than 7 days past due. Any collection costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred as a result of nonpayment are the responsibility of the customer.
We obtain all required building permits on behalf of the customer as described in the project contract. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer and are itemized in the estimate. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any homeowners association (HOA) approval required for the project is obtained prior to the start of construction.
We build all projects in accordance with applicable California building codes and City of Moreno Valley requirements. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from HOA rejections or changes required by city plan reviewers.
Specific warranty terms - if any - are outlined in the signed project contract. Unless explicitly stated in writing, no warranties, express or implied, are made regarding workmanship, materials, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by California law.
Manufacturer warranties on materials (windows, roofing, structural components) are separate from any workmanship warranty we provide and are subject to the terms set by the respective manufacturer. Warranty claims for manufacturer defects must be directed to the manufacturer.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or events outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, seismic activity, or soil movement not identified at the time of construction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moreno Valley Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, any information provided through the Site, or any services performed under a project contract.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
The Site and its content are provided for general information purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with other users.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or from a project contract that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Moreno Valley, CA, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction when appropriate.
These Terms and Conditions and any project agreements between you and Moreno Valley Sunrooms & Patios are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Riverside County, California.
